i been knowing Curtiss about 3yrs now, i went to his storm on mars release party and i though he was dorky and corny but dope, so i chopped it up with him after that i start booking him for instore and little shows. He would show up perform stay to the end if he can, next minute he’s on black cloud dropping snick @ nite. I fully didnt know how much he hustle until i start really chillin with him and his family..this nigga made beats like 10 a day 60 in 2 months shit like that and had time to write and record, he edit videos and doing album art i mean like full fuckin album art for us,him and other artist,he’s doing like 2-3 shows a week not matter where its at, and while his personal life like family he stays on the grind because this is his PASSION. Everything you hear in his music is him no made up nigga every story “Thats How My Day Is Goin” is true story. I can say life have stump Curtiss out at least 10 times some brutal ass whoopins, but my bro keep getting up and fighting back, i know this is alot people story right here because we all go through it and theres alot of artist the deserve to be on this bill too. So why do i think Curtiss King deserve to be on paid dues not because of the campaign thats natural to us we fight and work hard for what we want. I think the people his fans and his family deserve to see him on that stage and spill his HEART AND EVERY FUCKIN TEAR HE SHED over this music we love and would die for. I dont think Murs know what being on paid dues mean to the underdog the true DIYers..cant even describe that feeling. HIS FAM, HIS FANS, HIS MOM HIS SISTER’S FOR PAID DUES
